Message complete reign over the ECU orders and distribution. If you aren't throwing any codes, it is possible that you have a non-turbo ECU core with a twinturbo program in it. This doesn't cause any problems with operation, but it wont open the actuator solenoids to increase the boost beyond safety boost levels. This setup can be done in the case where someone has a boost controller as they wont be using the stock solenoids anyway, so you may have gotten a non-turbo ECU core. The only fix to that is to get the right ECU core. Can you get the part number off the front of the ECU case and provide them? I can reference as to what the core is; NA or TT.
